The 50 years of experience that our industrial site possesses have permitted to know very well our clients. As a strategic contractor for our recycling activities, we must constantly maintain this closeness. To do so, we deploy reference documents for quality methods that fit the expectations of our clients in the best possible way.
We would like to maintain a quality insurance on all the products and services that we provide. That is why our teams have at their disposal a laboratory for physical and chemical analysis. We make our characterizations by portable XRF and we have the possibility to make analysis.
EXTRACTHIVE CERAMICS RECYCLING provides recycling services to big industrial groups. These services consist in the physical treatment of ceramics and synthetic minerals
for the purpose of revalorisation.
Thus, our plant in Sorgues, Vaucluse, France, gathers unique infrastructures on a surface
of 11 hectares. We own crushing,
milling, screening, sieving, packaging lines
and storage spaces.
We develop a range of recycled products from secondary raw materials: silicon carbide, ferrosilicon and aluminous products.
Our processes allow for the production of dedicated materials suited to our customers’ needs. We are able to formulate products made of different grain sizes, shapes and chemical composition.
In order to do so, we base ourselves on the expertise of our research and development team paired with our analytical tools.

Our plant possesses a unique industrial history. This history continues today with a will to preserve the environment around our activities. In order to do so, we use our analytical tools so that we can create an inventory of all the materials present on our site and limit their environmental impact.
